It was not made clear that the recipient of my package would have to pay 35 CHF in import duty.

Our Response: Import duty is beyond our control and is something that is raised by customs in the destination country based on what they see.
Paid for next day delivery, they missed collection one, still had not arrived as destination 3 days later

An improvement could be if a varied timescale could be offered. Eg currently offerred 8am to 6pm, perhaps 8.00 to 1.00pm and 1pm to 6pm.
