The pick up was 2 days late and when he did finally arrive said he couldn't take the parcel as it would fit on his van.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Can't fault your service! Fast, safe delivery & much cheaper than Parcelforce for a Parcelforce product!
