Need to know a collection time when you arrange a collection I had to wait in all day as I could not find out when city link where coming

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

When placing order allow more specific notes to be added to save missing a pickup. ie times windows or specific pickup locations.

Very good indeed - parcel monkey web booking was good the courier collected the parcel first thing in morning and it was delivered next day.

Courier claimed no one was in however no note was left and person was in all day in by the door

if sending extra help for lorry supply proper sizes. astra van dossnt fit long plinth. lorry comes to get but wrong address as no paperwork!

The DX service would be better if the pick up window was more specific, having to wait in all day is the big downside of this service

The parcel is still with me in the uk. The driver never arrived on the 21st as was arranged and I've been chasing for an update since!
