The item is 5m long (mentioned in lxwxd) and described as dinghy mast. The van sent was to small, so it is not collected what is happening?

It would ne better to know when the courier is coming to pick up the parcel AM or PM , so one doesn`t have to sit all day at home.

The parcel was dumped by a dustbin outside of the receivers premises and nearly thrown out with rubbish! Terrible service!
