On Fri 4 Oct your driver failed to turn up to collect the parcel although I stayed at home all day waiting for him as instructed by you.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
The delivery was not ready for collection when the courier arrived he was gracious enough to arrange later collection. Excellent!!
