It took 3 attempts to get the item collected. This is around the 5th time I have been let down

My parcel arrived in Australia having been opened and goods removed from the parcel. I've never had this problem with the Royal Mail!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
