This comes down to the courier companies and if they start to do it then we will be able to offer it.
Used Parcel Force service and despite being marked 'Fragile', my customer's items received were cracked - costing me money. Not happy!

Despite providing clear size and weight, deliverer turned up and decided they couldn't lift it (30kg). Now need to replan. Unimpressed.

Collected at 09.57, 18th Oct. Not delivered until 13.53, 22nd Oct. Collection driver not very confidence inspiring. Tracking inadequate !

Our Response: The service you selected is clearly displayed as 1 to 2 working days. This means a collection on a Friday which was delivered on the following Tuesday is correct.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
