Looking for service where all service levels of couriers are passed into customer, Interparcel do not do this

The packing slip did not print out properly and was missing the bar code. Had to make 2 trips to depot. Emails went on about PF picking up

The item is 5m long (mentioned in lxwxd) and described as dinghy mast. The van sent was to small, so it is not collected what is happening?
