Didn't get my label emailed to me, and courier didn't turn up to collect. Had to reschedule for the next day. Very poor service.

Parcel should have been delivered 5 days ago (on a next day service) and it still hasn't arrived! Usual appalling service.

Our Response: The tracking shows 18/10/13 12:26 The driver was not able to deliver these goods as the address details are incorrect/incomplete.
Don't send out warnings saying you will need three sets of invoices when customers send parcels to EU destinations because you don't

The parcel was two days late being collected, I still haven't received it. Unfortunately I think I will have to go elsewhere for future work

sent next day on the 17th it is now the 23rd and it has not been delivered correct details were given as i have checked and double checked

Parcel Monkey service was good, but unfortunately Courier managed do deliver my Item damaged and now having to claim on the insurance.

The process was very good . However I arranged the item to be collected and delivered to me and the system didn't cope with that very well

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
