First attempted delivery was to a business at 20.19 and it had to with the business by 1730 which has encurred a financial loss for me.

I paid 8.39 for next day delivery, which it was not! 3 days it took for my package to arrive. Not very happy with your service, and costs.

Looking for service where all service levels of couriers are passed into customer, Interparcel do not do this
