Yet again the parcel was collected a day late. I had to phone the courier 3 times before they could confirm that it would be collected

The pickup by Parcel Force was very poor, the driver went to the wrong house. I stayed in waiting for him for most of the day.

Same day collections for collections made by ParcelForce would be the most obvious improvement.
