I waited in all day for the collection on Monday and no one came untill Tuesday so my parcell was late being delivered.

I booked and paid for next day delivery on a Thursday evening. The parcel was collected fri am and delivered mon an. Hardly next day!

Thank you. Most of our International services are priced per KG as we are charged this way. As such we can't band them as this will make us more expensive at the lower weight of the band.
