The process was very good . However I arranged the item to be collected and delivered to me and the system didn't cope with that very well

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The item was very heavy they only sent one man to move it and the van had no tail lift .. the guy they sent with his bad back
