We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The parcel wasn't picked up, had to be rebooked and again wasn't picked up, which meant the materials didn't get to the meeting in time.

The £6.99 bag service is available if the item you are sending fits. Your item recently sent is far to big for the service you want.

I booked and paid for next day delivery on a Thursday evening. The parcel was collected fri am and delivered mon an. Hardly next day!

Thank you. Most of our International services are priced per KG as we are charged this way. As such we can't band them as this will make us more expensive at the lower weight of the band.
