Our Response: The tracking for this order shows it was booked on the 15th, collected on the 16th and delivered on the 17th which is exactly what you paid for.

The pacel was not cellected on the day scheduled, but next day. Then someone showed uthe third day to collect it again!!!

No one came to pick my parcel up! I called and arranged a second pickup and no one came so I had to arrange another courier!!!
