The item (which was very strong and well made) was broken on one side when delivered. It was well packaged and not broken when shipped.

It would be helpful to be able to pinpoint more accurately when a parcel is being picked up.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
