Not collected. AGAIN!!! Courier can't be trusted to deliver a sandwich to their mouth at the moment. Poor response from Parcel Monkey. GRR!

My parcel wasn't collected on the appointed day even though I had received a confirmation email. I waited in all day unnecessarily.
