The item - and box - was delivered substantially damaged, despite more than adequate packaging (bubble wrap; polystyrene)! Not happy.

It woudl be good if you could be more specific about your pick up timings and have communication with your drivers.

Our Response: There is some tracking for this service via the green globe icon within your account. If you had clicked on it you would have seen the item was signed for by Coleman on 04.11.13 at 11:13
Service good, but I was unable to track the delivery. Had to wait till my customer said it was received.

the parcel was not picked up as arranged so i missed two days pay. It would have been nice to have had a phone call to say sorry we cant get

got in touch with the person the parcel was going to, they said it was packed extremely well and delivered next day at 10 am -very pleased

Tracking to France was not updated after the second day. My email following link on site was not answered. The parcel took 6 days to deliver

A package larger than most couriers handle, collected @London, delivered @Wales in 23hrs, cheaper than CityLink offers anywhere else! Bingo!

I could only insure up to 1,000. Needed to insure for more but that was the limit for the drop down menu. otherwise great service will use

Don't leave parcels in people's gardens, not leave a calling card and let the delivery driver sign for it

The parcel was collected last Tuesday 5th November and still has not been delivered. I am unable to track the parcel.

Once again Courier didnt pickup the parcel. Although this time after calling them directly it was eventually collected late evening
