if sending extra help for lorry supply proper sizes. astra van dossnt fit long plinth. lorry comes to get but wrong address as no paperwork!

The DX service would be better if the pick up window was more specific, having to wait in all day is the big downside of this service

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
The parcel is still with me in the uk. The driver never arrived on the 21st as was arranged and I've been chasing for an update since!

That is as we advertise as a same day collection is not provided unless you book the City Link same day service.
Excellent door-to-door, same-day service - would highly recommend. Service booked, collected and delivered all on the same day

This comes down to the courier companies and if they start to do it then we will be able to offer it.
Used Parcel Force service and despite being marked 'Fragile', my customer's items received were cracked - costing me money. Not happy!
