Very happy to use parcel monkey, especially for very heavy items(eg gearboxes), only problem is no tracking info

Very happy with the service but City Link collected at 18.20 - a warning would have been a good idea as to a late pick up

Read the reviews about parcel monkey online and they were all negative, my service was amazing however! Fast and quick!

I would appreciate being told whether the courier is coming am or pm. The label you required to stick on was difficult to print.
