Collected on day listed but a 12 hour waiting-in slot from 8am to 8pm is a bit tricky when you work

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid. Why not take your item to work and have it collected from there?
