The item was due to arrive the next day but it didn't so I needed to change my flight

Our Response: You booked on a Thursday, it was collected on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. This is what you paid for and if you wanted it delivered earlier then you could have booked a Saturday delivery at extra cost.

An indication on collection time would be good, even a 4 hour time slot as waiting all day is not good

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

My parcel was picked up on wed; and delivered the following Monday the price was good but delivery took a bit longer than i expected

had to wit in till very late afternoon, i think 4pm, for delivery. It really messed up my day, timed slots or drop off would be good.
