Courier didn't collect on the day so it was 2 days late but you still charged me next day delivery!!! Shocking service!!!!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Parcel was never collected had to go else where, this is the 2nd time it's happened. I'm afraid I won't be using you again

The parcel monkey part of the service was fine but Parcelforce screwed up and took an extra 3 days to pick the package up from me.
