My parcel arrived looking like it had been kicked the whole way there! it's a miricle nothing was broken!

Parcel was not picked up on the agreed collection date. I had to spend the whole of the next day chasing DX to get it collected next day

Should give a rough time of when arriving, waited in all day and didn't turn up until 6pm

I paid for a new day delivery service, 4 working days later parcel still not delivered. No details on receipt or website to contact
