Our Response: The service you selected is clearly displayed as 1 to 2 working days. This means a collection on a Friday which was delivered on the following Tuesday is correct.

It would be a good idea to know what time you are coming to collect the item to save hanging around waiting.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Our Response: According to the tracking details not only was the item collected but it was also delivered. "Signed for by 'GUY' at 10:14 on Monday 21st October."
