the 42" lcd tv arrived with a smashed screen it was clearly marked fragile. the tv case fell to pieces. this parcel must of been thrown.

The driver did not collect the parcel so it wasn't delivered in time and the deadline was missed.

dont go to bussiness address's at 6pm to collect or deliver, most shut at 5pm.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
the find address Id can be confusing if it also has a business address attached. It becomes confused with the correct address

I understand your point but the couriers can't collect additional items even though they are coming as it causes additional volume in their network on one day and less the next.
