48 hour special took 6 days to deliver. Driver was rude and parcel force blatantly lied to me. I am not happy.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Our Response: According to the tracking the item was collected and also delivered and Signed for by 'REID' at 12:41 on Thursday 7th November.
As always with City Link, they collect, they deliver and all at a reasonable cost. PM is an ideal tool to access City Link.

The package and contents were destroyed. It was a steel part for a commercial door and was delivered crushed and broken.

We didn't receive the parcel labels as the website said we would. This made it slightly awkward when we took the parcel to the depot

The courier did not turn up on day specified and knowbody called to advise. Buyer let down at receiving end. Came the following day.
