Work towards collection on same day as order placed

This is something the carriers find very difficult to do due to network capacity in most areas. If they can manage it in the future though then we will bring it to you.
We waited 3 days for collection the shipment

Good service. No 2% surcharge on paypal please, its only you and parcel2go who do this. No other company. That bits poor!

PayPal is a very expensive service and in order to keep our prices as low as possible, to use this payment method we do have to apply the 2% surcharge. A free alternative is available though.
