I paid for 24 hour delivery and dropped of at depot first thing in morning and it took 48 hours till delivery. Not happy with service

ordering page not compatible with google chrome , had to use internet explorer. quite frustrating till i decided to try internet explorer .

If at all possible a smaller arrival time window for the driver collecting the package would be very helpful, say 1-2 hours

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
