It would be nice to inform people of duty charges before the items are sent out.

All International bookings with us are sent under DDU ( Delivered duties unpaid. ) As such we can't control the action / charges raised by International customs officers.
Alway's a good service ***** - still wish you could do Am or Pm collections or delivery's

It would be nice to know a roughly collecting time (e.g from 8.30am - 5pm) so that it is possible to cover the complete time frame.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
