Our Response: The service you booked is advertised as 24 / 48 hours.
Collection and delivery were as promised. Sometimes need to send goods more valuable that the £1000 insurance limit.

Very poor. Sent Van with no tail lift to collect 100KG item twice! Had to wait 5 days for consignment. Not happy at all
