Parcel was collected and delivered on time. The only issue was the increased price for havin it collected in Northern Ireland.

a lot of the contents were smashed after obviously been dropped, the delivery times were good, but care of the parcels was terrible.

Good Service but had to wait in all day as not to miss collection. A morning or afternoon collection time would be a much better service

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
