We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The recipient had a bit of trouble with the ByBox - the touch screen wasn't responding. Fortunately there was somebody there to reboot!
