Took 3 confirmations and still awaiting pickup. Your database gave the couriers the wrong address so they couldn't another courier.

Well when I pay for a 24 hour service I expect a 24 hour service, not 48! I got hassle from buyer for this!

By 5pm called DX to find out when parcel would arrive and was told driver out of hours, delivered tomorrow. Delivered 6.30 by relief driver
