We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
They didn't call the day they said but collected the following.

I booked three collections none of which turned up. None of the tracking numbers I was given worked, and you have no phone number.

Collection failed three times, was delivered 2 days late. Was told the driver went back the same day, which was a lie. Will not use again.
