Supply a collection time and not just a date as I have to stay in all day. Tesco can specify deliveries to the hour, why can't you.

The reason is Tesco operate their own fleet of vehicles and we work with different couriers and have to operate around their working practices.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
