I selected 'Next day delivery' but it took 6 days to be delivered because driver could not find location.

Perhaps issue an email to indicate delivery has been made would be useful otherwise great thank you.

The item - and box - was delivered substantially damaged, despite more than adequate packaging (bubble wrap; polystyrene)! Not happy.

Our Response: There is some tracking for this service via the green globe icon within your account. If you had clicked on it you would have seen the item was signed for by Coleman on 04.11.13 at 11:13
