We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Cant fault parcel monkey admin however, Parcel picked up next day and arrived damaged by courier (parcelforce). customer not happy nor am i

It said the payment failed, then the courier turned up the following day after I naturally assumed the booking was cancelled!
