would of been better if the courier knew what he was doing i.e. collecting a parcel and not dropping off an empty

Collection was excellent. Delivery time was excellent. However the packaging was completely destroyed and taped up. Nothing was lost.

PayPal is a very expensive service and in order to keep our prices as low as possible, to use this payment method we do have to apply the 2% surcharge. A free alternative is available though.
The parcel still has not been collected and I have no way or re-arranging it. This is rubbish
