If at all possible a smaller arrival time window for the driver collecting the package would be very helpful, say 1-2 hours

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

From order placement, took 4 days to collect the goods after i chased the shipper up. Had to change label due to courier no show.

Everything was fine, your prices are reasonable some courier intemmediaries allow you same day pick up if ordering 7am ..see interparcel
