We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

I was told by Parcel Monkey the parcel will be at my destenasion within 5 working days. It was birthday present and it has not arrived yet!
