We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Parcelmonkey did great, Parcelforce was awful as very often (last parcel collection toke 1 month!) but it has nothing to do with parcelmonke
