V easy to use. No descriptions for items to be shipped in other materials than boxes ie fabric roll but good quick response when asked.

Our Response: There must be something wrong with your computer if it took you an hour to make a single booking. For most people it takes only a couple of minutes.

Contact with the couriers was poor! 3 times they came round to pick up, 3 times they failed to even enter the building. Parcel then stolen!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

This was the second uplift I paid for the same package. There was a fire alarm when the original parcel was to be uplifted. Driver left.
