We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
The whole process was straightforward , only thing missingIt would have been helpful for a 4 hour collection

Not so much Parcel Monkey problem but more for DX - they don't do online tracking and tracking phone line took 10 mins to answer.
