The parcel an Xbox was left underneath a bush in the rain and no card was posted through the letterbox. Not impressed!

A guide to the anticipated time of collection would have been useful - eg a window of 3 or 6 hours

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
