Collection failed twice because the courier came too late in the evening on the first two attempts. Very disappointing.

keep getting told to print labels but normally not required, a text reminder saying within 2hours possibly i sit in from 8 til 5 waiting but

Approx time of parcel collection would be great. Even if a 3 hour slot would be helpful.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
It would be helpful if we could choose a morning or afternoon pick up, otherwise very pleased with your company.
