We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

I specifically wanted a next day delivery which wasn't observed.Fri collect Sat delivered.It was still in depot Sat to be delivered Monday

Our Response: If you wanted a Saturday delivery then you should have booked the Saturday delivery service we offer and not the next working day service that you selected.

The pacel hasn't been delivered on time as suggested (2-3 days) and the box has been torn and damaged upon delivery. Not happy with service.
