Our Response: At this time of year the couriers have a huge increase in volume to deal with. Sometimes items are delayed for which we do apologise though.
We had two missed collections and very slow communication from yourselves. Very frustrating.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
You delivered from Merseyside on time to Holland within 48hrs. Brilliant service. Well priced. Polite pleasant courier. Delighted!!
