We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

parcel arrived damaged and customer wouldn't accept delivery hence parcel is being returned to us damaged despite being wrapped and packaged

Uplift asked for Fri 6th Dec and delivery specified for Mon 9th PM but was delivered on Sun 8th and surprise was spoiled!

At this time of year the couriers do work extended hours to clear the huge amount of orders. Sorry if an early delivery caused a problem for you.
