Courier failed to pick up. I took it to their depot but I lost faith in their systems, so I gave up and sent the parcel with Royal Mail

Site was easy to use, pickup was fast & prompt, but on parcelforce site, 2 of 4 parcels still not showing delivered, one possibly damaged.

time frame for courier collecting order could be clearer, e.g. you pay for next day service but courier won't collect until tomorrow = 2days
