I'm disappointed as when the parcel leaves the uk you cannot track your item ??? It states that you can track the item , which u cannot ??

Pick-up ontime delivery ontime. Admin easy and parcel was delivered in mint condition. VG service

My only compliant is I did not receive any confermation of the parcel having been delivered and as I was unable to trace it I am still unsur

If you click on the green tracking globe next to the order and then click on "view POD" you will see all the information you need.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Collection van did not arrive until 3pm (Friday) so most of day waiting around. However, delivery Saturday lunchtime was very quick!
