We don't have hidden charges but do charge customers if their items exceed the weight / dimensions entered when booking.
Fantastic. Asked them to pick up from my garage & got email later to confirm parcel on its way! Will definitly recommend. Thank you.

Excellent service and item delivered in good health. Only complaint was collection time from home, came at 3pm! maybe slots could help all

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

i was very unhappy as i paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive at its destination,
