Pick up from one carrier had no paperwork, handheld scanner etc., but the parcel arrived OK.

It would definitely help if City Link were to give some indication of time of parcel collection. Even am or pm would be an improvement.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Parcel arrived on time, however not able to track. Now delivered but in tracking system still only in sort facility
