Brilliant news!!
A week later and my parcel has not been delivered, and it's whereabouts unknown. The tracking data is not complete either.

My order hasn't been delivered. the tracking says it was delivered, but this is not true. I sent several emails and I raven't answers.

you should allow customers to book your service when we are abroad as we are automatically locked out and you lose the business

The parcel was not collected on the day you said it would be (Friday 6th) . I waited in all day. It didn't get collected until Mon 10th.

I'm disappointed as when the parcel leaves the uk you cannot track your item ??? It states that you can track the item , which u cannot ??

My only compliant is I did not receive any confermation of the parcel having been delivered and as I was unable to trace it I am still unsur

If you click on the green tracking globe next to the order and then click on "view POD" you will see all the information you need.
