It would be even better to get informed once delivery has been completed. Also if we know collection time from office/home.

Full tracking is available via the green globe icon next to the order in question when viewed from your account.

The courier broke the goods in transit. The driver stank of alcohol and cigarettes.

I had to wait all day for the courier to pick up. Would be good to give a time window (am or pm) even for collection of parcels.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Could not track parcel online,didn't recorgnise number so had to phone parcelforce on premium rate no to track

Our Response: The tracking link for the booking concerned works fine so there was no need to call ParcelForce.
