We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
I needed to speak to a customer service person for help, but there is no way to contact you by phone - sometimes you need a quick reply!

the parcel was collected at 9pm.. stayed home all day waiting.

Our Response: The tracking shows 20:36. All couriers are operating with longer opening hours at this time of year due to the huge amount of parcel volume in the run up to Christmas.

I sent 4 parcels in 1 consignment on monday with a 48 hour service, 1 arrived on wednesday and the other 3 thursday. but theres more problem
