The promised pick-up failed, although we stayed home all day. It proved absolutely impossible to re-book. No contact facility whatsoever.

Took 6 day's for parcel to be picked up plus six day's on phone to dx to find out why it was not picked up !!!!!!!!

You failed to collect on two different days. And each time a further day is lost since you require 24 hrs notice. The service is terrible.

Pretty sure Courier fault but parcel not collected on due date. False indication of attemped collection that day-attempt never made

I ordered a collection for Tuesday 22 April but it wasn't actually collected until Thursday 24 April, which was highly inconvenient.
