i have written emails and still not received any feedback. my parcel was not collected as the plastic bag that was brought was too small

I'd like to know where I find a 'bag' to gain the cheaper rates. Is it any plastic bag? Do I buy it from you or my stationary supplier?

My parcel went missing and only through me tracking and making numerous phone calls was it located and had to be collected.

Collected a chair in perfect condition from London and delivered it to me totally damaged now the chair is useless well not use again !!

Everything worked OK, although the parcel label for CityLink was a bit low-definition! The main thing is that the stuff got there on time.

the parcel delivery was spot on, however trying to track the delivery was a total nightmare - rubbish!!!

There were problems with my parcels which I had to find out about myself - no one contacted me. Emails and phone calls not returned.

Try reduce prices on small packages as Royal Mail were cheaper for an item below .5kg and around 15cm sq. Happy with prices for larger items
